Cat A: This category refurbishment gets your space to a blank canvas. The area will go through a constructional stage which would include features such as: suspended ceilings, wall coverings, flooring, electrical distribution including small power sockets, toilets, lifts, safety systems such as fire detection etc. The completed category A stage renders the space functional but does not include any consequent design elements that produce a specific workspace purpose.

Cat B: Now you have a functional blank canvas, the secondary category B refurbishment brings together all the elements of design that make the area fit for purpose. Work such as IT infrastructure, audio, visual and lighting and full installation of reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, furniture and workstations, including branding, design and décor now pull together to provide you with a completed workspace.
